SITUATIONS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SMILE
If you are suffering from insomnia you need to change your behavior and lifestyle to sleep well. We prepared a collection of brilliant tips that will help you to beat insomnia as quickly as possible.
First of all, you need to make your environment as comfortable as possible: appropriate lightening, no noise, and a comfortable bed. Moreover, it’s important to practice relaxation techniques and stress reduction methods to relax your mind and body before going to bed. Do not wear tight clothes when you go to bed as it restricts the blood supply to your breasts, lymph nodes and nerves. Wear wet socks to increase your circulation. This method stimulates the immune system and helps to fall asleep quickly.
It’s better not to use electronic gadgets in bed because they affect your sleep. Light from screens restrains the production of melatonin that controls your sleep cycle. A low level of melatonin makes harder to fall asleep. Try to warmer screen light and it will be easier to fall asleep.
The next compilation is about people that hate to wake up early. I’m totally not a morning person as my brain start to fully function only after 12 p.m. and I need a couple of cups with coffee. That’s why I hate early meetings at work and with friends. Also, a lot of awkward moments happen to me in the morning: I may confuse toothpaste with face cream; I sleep on the road; I couldn’t find anything in the morning as I’m too sleepy.
